PERSONALIZED PLANS
As your trainer, David will work with you one-on-one to identify your challenges and goals
and to optimize your movements to improve your everyday living.
During the initial session, David will:

Perform a movement assessment to determine your range of motion, mobility, stability, muscle imbalance issues, and focus areas

Review your history, including struggles, hurdles, and injuries as well as successes and exercise practices

Discuss any questions or concerns you may have
At the end of this first session, we will set specific goals and design your individualized program to:

Restore your range of motion and mobility

Reinforce your correct movement patterns

Rebuild movement patterns while increasing strength
In subsequent sessions, David will:

Demonstrate and oversee safe progression and regression exercises

Teach stretching techniques, including Self-Myofascial Release (Foam Rolling)

Identify over- and under-active muscles (imbalance) and proper methods of correction
-
Recognize issues and develop relevant correction plans

Evaluate progress of correction plans

Implement plan revisions where necessary
